Dietary potato pie

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano flowers
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Using a large hole grater, grate the potatoes into strips.
Put the potato strips into a glass bowl and season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and finely chopped chives.
Mix carefully and set aside a few minutes to give the potatoes flavor.
Take an omelette pan and heat it. With a skimmer, drain the potatoes well from the excess of vegetable water and arrange them in a compact layer on the pan.
Cook over medium-low heat covered until the potatoes are soft and completely cooked, then remove the lid and brown over medium-high heat on both sides.
